In my previous review of the Curl Keeper Original I was complaining about how the Curl Keeper Original didn’t work for my curls. Thanks to your comments and tips I gave the Curl Keeper Original another chance and applied it on top of my usual styler – and I liked the results!

Reading the instructions on Curlmart on how to use the Curl Keeper Original I thought that I could use it instead of my styler. I even applied a huge amount of it to my curls and still didn’t like the result – there was just too much frizz!

Ready to toss the product, I thought why not give it another try by using it on top of my styler (thank you so much for your comments!). After blow-drying and scrunching out the crunch I was amazed at how well defined my curls were!

How to style your curls with the Curl Keeper Original

Just like I would do usually, I applied a styler to my curls and then added the Curl Keeper Original on top. I squeezed the bottle about 3 times, which is still quite a lot of product and then scrunched it in.

The Curl Keeper Original made my curls dry hard (they were stiff and still looked wet), which is why I needed to scrunch out the crunch (SOTC).

You can scrunch out the crunch, by cupping a section of curls with both of your hand and then scrunching like you were squeezing a lemon:

After scrunching, I like to shake up my curls a bit to create more volume. When doing so you need to be careful and place your hands close to your scalp before you start moving your hand from the front to the back:
