Hi there! I have already talked about the AG Curl Trigger a bit in my last post about my updated curly hair routine. I think it’s pretty obvious that I love this product, since it already is part of my routine 🙂
What I like about the AG Curl Trigger
Unfortunately I have a tendency for a flat and rather straight top. Which is why I am constantly looking for products, that enhance my curls. What can I say – I just love it when even the roots are as curly as possible. And the AG Curl Trigger has really helped me with exactly that problem:
I also like the following things about the AG Curl Trigger:
- it doesn’t break up my clumps (this is important to me as I need to put in some effort to not break them up)
- I like its consistency – it’s not too sticky
- it’s also a great product to refresh my curls on second days
- it smells good
How to apply the AG Curl Trigger
If you’re using this product on a washing day, I suggest applying some styler first and then spraying on some of the AG Curl Trigger (I spray about 5-6 times). To distribute the product more evenly, I use my hand to smooth down my curls and only then start to scrunch, plop and finally blow-dry my curls (read this post if you’re interested in my routine).
If you’re using this product on a second day to refresh your curls, use it as I have described in my latest YouTube video: First, I add some water conditioner mix to my curls and then finish styling by again applying the AG Curl Trigger, smoothing it down and then scrunching to finish my styling routine.
Like all of my products, I got this one from Curlmart.
