Styling a dutch braid with curly hair three different ways

Hi Curlies! In today’s post I’ve tried three different ways of styling a dutch braid with curly hair. Key piece of all looks are my new Dior earrings, which I got for Christmas!

1. The “easy” side dutch braid:

End your side dutch braid in a simple ponytail

2. The side dutch braid ending in a bun:

Start with the easy dutch braid but then put your ponytail into a bun (it doesn’t need to be a perfect bun)

3. The side dutch braid with a styled up ponytail:

Add a nice hair tie to style up your ponytail, by putting it around your ponytail just like any other hair tie

Which one of these is your favorite hairstyle?

I chose to go for the styled up side dutch braid, because I was going out and felt like styling up rather than wearing an easy hairstyle. Also I really like the combination of the Dior earrings and the sparkling hair tie.

This is the whole look I wore:

Wearing a simple black/grey look to keep the focus on the earrings an my hairstyle

The side dutch braid with a styled up ponytail is my fav. I don’t really like the bun style.
